1.I easily Practice EFT 5 times per week, to master it and learn more about it for at least 10 minutes.

Reasons?
- I want to master EFT
- I get to live more in the now
- I am my authentic Self (the self I am around my mother and/or drunk)
2.I effortlessly Read before i go to sleep 5 pages of Arnold Schwarzenegger's Biography at least 5 times per week.

Reasons?
- I learn more about what it means to be patient
- I become more aware of the Vision we need to have to achieve anything in life
- I destroy the illusion that i need to be special to have success and be happy in life.
3.I easily workout for 5 minutes after waking up.

- I have more stamina/energy
- I become more disciplined

1. I will effortlessly build up my daily focus/ meditation/ mindfulness habit (10/10/10), as it follows:
[X] M [] T [] W [] T [] F [] S[] S[]
..in order to:
- gain more focus & clearness;
- become more grounded and present;
- transcend the realms of materialism and aspire for enlightment.
2. I will easily implement a daily 20 minutes workout habit.
[X] M [] T [] W [] T [] F [] S[] S[]
..in order to:
- get the very best outta my body-mind-soul systems;
- perform like a superhero in all areas of my life;
- live a bold, strong and healthy life.
3. I will happily execute 20 push-ups every morning
[X] M [] T [] W [] T [] F [] S[] S[]
...in order to:
- get the blood flowing around and wake my body & mind up;
- develop proper posture, arms & chest;
- feel deeply satistied glimpsing the mirror.
