Time for a new happy weeks guys,and become more strong and closer for awer drea m

I wil practice EFT for 5 days
M(X)  T(X) W(X) T(X) F(X)  S (X) S(X)

REASONS
-I WIL BECOME MORE STRONG
-I WIL BECOME FRIEND OF MY FEAR
-I HAVE A HAPPY LIFE

I TRAINING MY BODY.
M(X)  T(X)  W(X)  T(X)  F(XLS(X)S (X)

REASONS
-BECOME CLOSER OF MY DREAMS
-HAVE A NICE BODY 
-AND I HAVE A MORE POWER OF MARTIAL ARTS PRACTICE 

I WILL WRITE AT LEAST 5 PAGES ABOUT OF MY LIFE

REASONS.
-I WIL NOW MORE ABOUT OF MY SELF
-I WIL LEARN HOW TO TALK O MY MYND 
-I FIL MUCH BEETER

  1. I Easily complete 30 Day's of affirmation in combination with EFT with 100% intent and emotion behind it in front of the mirror to implement powerful beliefs and enjoy the process (27/30).

Reasons?

  • I unlock my potential
  • I get one little step closer to my authentic self
  • I become an inspiration for others that  want to improve.



2.  I easily get to workout  my body 5 days per week for at least 5 minutes after waking up

Reasons?

  • I stay healthy
  • I get more energy for the day
  • I make great health improvements.


3. I easily complete Mastery By George Leonard at the en of this week.

Reasons?

  • Be more aware of the mastery process
  • Be more patient with my progress
  • I learn to love the Platou.

4. I easily release my limiting beliefs and/or Childhood Traumas with EFT pressure point tapping by practicing at least 20 minutes 6 times per day and have fun doing it for 30 Days. (0/30)

  • I unlock my real self ,the one that i don;t care about people's opinions
  • I Live a peaceful life in the present moment
  • I am the master of my emotions.

1.  I will effortlessly build up my daily focus/ meditation/ mindfulness habit (10/10/10), as it follows:
[X] M  [X] T  [X] W  [X]  T [X]  F [X]  S[X]   S[X]
..in order to:
- gain more focus & clearness;
- become more grounded and present;
- transcend the realms of materialism and aspire for enlightment.

2. I will easily implement a daily 20 minutes workout habit.
[X] M  [X] T  [X] W  [X]  T [X]  F [X]  S[X]   S[X
..in order to:
- get the very best outta my body-mind-soul systems;
- perform like a superhero in all areas of my life;
- live a bold, strong and healthy life.

3. I will happily execute 20 push-ups every morning

...in order to:
- get the blood flowing around and wake my body & mind up;
- develop proper posture, arms & chest;
- feel deeply satistied glimpsing the mirror.
